Production Assistant at 360 Shooting

Together as One is a choreographed dance 360 video mixing live-action capture with animation about the art of dance and inclusivity directed by Jessica Kantor as part of the VR for Good Oculus program. Featuring the inclusive dance company Infinite Flow, it premiered at the San Francisco Film Festival in October 2018.
During my stay in Los Angeles, through the Facebook group Women in VR I applied to be part of the shooting of this experience and I joined as PA or Production Assistant. The shooting of the experience took place on October 1st, 2017 at Los Angeles Theatre.
The project highlights the work of Infinite Flow, an inclusive dance company that showcases the artistry of dancers with varied physical abilities. In the film, we see a young boy’s and girl’s imaginations come to life as they watch a pair of dancers meet, struggle, and push past their limits—forming community along the way.
